Glad you haven't had to travel today, it's horrible out there. Hopefully it will melt a bit soon. We've got ice on top of all the snow"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0

Sounds awful Jwil. It's probably the same here!
It's 20 days since I left the house, spent any money, drank alcohol, or drank caffeine. That must be some kind of record for me!
I'm drinking mint tea as I still can't face my usual beloved tea, but my appetite is growing slowly and I have a teeny bit more energy. I'm going to weigh myself tomorrow and see if I've maintained my weight loss.
I can't wait to get back to normal living. I feel like a hermit/invalid.

Virgin have said they don't know if Flybe will authorise a second night in a hotel
. Flybe are shut now, so DS2 will have to go to the airport in the morning and find out what they can offer him.
I hope they won't try to send him home by coach or train. I'm not sure if trains are running to Exeter tomorrow or what the roads are like between Manchester and Exeter .
He has his travel insurance as back up anyway. So much for my early night .Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

How are you? Are you going to be able to venture out today?
Trains in some parts of Manchester are ok, but others are suspended due to the snow. Central Manchester is running slow, but still running. xSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330
Starting afresh.
You can do anything if you put your mind to it. x0 -
