I'm so sorry to hear your diary was deleted, Sun Addict:eek:. It is just awful, especially as it contained so many memories for you. I'd definitely complain to MSE about it. Good Luck:beer:
All this talk about food portions made me realise how easy it is to eat too much. I know I'm guilty of that and although we eat healthily we eat far too much of it . Both OH and I are from the generation that was brought up to eat every scrap of food on the plate. We're totally unable to leave any now even when we're fit to bursting:o. Our dinner plates are massive, maybe I should buy some smaller ones;). OH wants to lose weight and we agreed that I'd start giving him smaller portions but then I catch him later looking in the fridge or cake tin for late night snacks because he says he feels hungry:rotfl:.
Enjoy your family dinner.HH:beer:. Sounds a lovely thing to do every week. Spending time with your parents plus you not having to cook :j0 -

Thanks Carboot we do enjoy Sunday evenings
I do use a smaller plate as that does help my portions get smaller, although I still have to watch the height :rotfl:.Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

I thought my list seemed a bit short, I'd forgotten some items
- more laundry
- unblock the drain pipe
- fold up all the clean washing DONE
- photograph suede jacket & wool suit to sell
- relax DONE
- change our bedding DONE
- wash our bedding DONE
- take up my chinos DONE
I must get on with the rest of my list...Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

My list keeps getting longer
- wash more laundry DONE
- unblock the drain pipe DONE
- empty the dishwasher & fill it again DONE
- fold up all the clean washing DONE
- photograph suede jacket & wool suit to sell
- relax DONE A BIT
- change our bedding DONE
- wash our bedding DONE
- take up my chinos DONE
After this I just need to fold up more clean washing, have a shower and then I'm finished for the day.
Unblocking the drain was an unpleasant job, I had to stand on top of our tallest stepladder and force a drainage rod down until a load of horrible gunk fell out of the bottom  but the water is running down the pipe now instead of spraying all over our side wall :T. Those drainage rods have been worth every penny :money:.
Hope everyone is having a productive or restful day, whichever takes your fancy. I'm looking forward to my wine tonight .Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally
