Devon is glorious and you'll have a lovely time on your own doorstep. 😀
I agree with SA with regard to holidaying away in the U.K. this year. My sister has been looking around as her and her other half want to get away and take little nephew and DH's grandnephew and niece. She's given it up as a bad job as everywhere has shot up astronomically. However we're all hoping to get up to see My DD and her other half in the Highlands once restrictions have eased. At least the accommodation will be free!😀.Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

My niece was called for her vaccine even though she is only in her 30s and when she got there it was a mistake, they still did it for her though which was good of them 😊Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1204

I had my vaccine letter today, HHoD (I know you & I are a very similar vintage!) No local appointments available when I went online to book though, so will keep trying throughout the week.

Thanks everyone 🙂. I got my vaccine letter today too @foxgloves 😁😁😁🎉🎉🎉. It came while I was at school so DH booked me an appointment for Friday 19th March after school. Then I can be ill all weekend and go back to school on Monday 😭😂. I hope you get an appointment soon @foxgloves.
School was good but very full on with all the children back. I did finger painting with thirty children this afternoon 😳 (mother's day cards).
I hope everyone is having a good Monday 🙂.Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

School felt absolutely gruelling yesterday 😣. We've gone from 20 children at lunchtime to 90 children (between three adults) and I'm not used to it so it's exhausting to be back to the usual chaos. The mood at school is quite tense as people are getting used to all the children being back 😒, so I'll be glad when it's the weekend. The children seem very happy to be back at school though so I'm very pleased for them. There will be a lot of assessing going on to see what stage the children are at, as well as the normal teaching. I'm glad I'm on a half day today because I'm shattered and it's heavy rain all day so we'll have to keep the children indoors at lunchtime 🌧☔💧.
In more positive news DH and I decided that as we're not booking a holiday cottage this year we would borrow some of the holiday money to get the fence done on the remaining long side of our garden. I texted our builder on Sunday and he said he could come to measure up on Monday and do the work on Tuesday as he had a couple of days free. We were very surprised but said yes. He did the frame and all the fence panels yesterday and he's come back this morning to put the topper on the new fence and the two fences he did last June. It looks lovely and our garden is completely private on all sides 🙂. I asked our builder to ensure that the height of the wall and fence combined was within the building regulations as I didn't want to give our neighbours any reason to complain (they don't like us and are very quick to complain about trivia, despite their own garden being a junkyard. In fact it's to get privacy from them that's the main reason for wanting the fence on that side of the garden). Anyway our builder assured us that the fence and wall combined is only six feet high on their side which is under the permitted height. It probably won't stop them complaining but at least they won't have any legal grounds for it.
We have a Mr T order coming soon so that will take a while to carry into the kitchen and wipe down. I'm looking forward to the weekend though when we can have a relaxing time looking at our completely private garden. We will be able to leave our kitchen door open in the summer now knowing that our neighbours can't see into our kitchen 🙂.
I hope everyone has a good Wednesday and sorry for a slightly moany post. Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally
