Those flowers look beautiful Hairy. Just lovely.
I think the new shoes to support are a great idea and definitely worth investing in x
    Thanks Nicnak
Flowers looking lovely HH a riot of colour to look at whilst having your coffee. You definitely need supportive shoes if you are in your feet all day. I hope the ones you have ordered turn out to be suitable . Enjoy the weekend .
    Thanks Sunshine :)
Beautiful flowers, I love that vivid pink colour. My crocuses are all out now and a few daffodils. Spring is coming 🥳 Money well spent on some supportive shoes if you’re on your feet a lot. The unsuitable shoes may be the cause of your leg pain.
    Thanks SA :)

I think I do need the trainers but it hurts to spend money 😂. The spring flowers and sunshine are definitely making me feel more cheerful 😎 .

The flowers are lovely. We have my father's snowdrops, dug up when I was clearing out the house & brought home for our front garden, where they flower splendidly each year.

Oh and I agree with everyone else about your sensible decision to get supportive shoes. If your feet hurt you'll be scuppered !

Here's another who agrees about the trainers.  If they stop your legs hurting & even maybe doing some damage, then they are cheap at whatever the price.  Whatever your age, health & mobility are or should be priorities
