Thanks everyone 🙂 it's not bad for a bargain tree 🎄. Here's our mini kitchen tree which we bought in 1986 🤣. It's getting a bit tatty and some of the branches are getting bald, but looks okay when it's decorated 🎄.

I remember going to the Green Shield stamp shop near Kendal’s. I also remember walking under the tunnel to the other side of Kendal’s near where Waterstones is now. 👍Sorry Hairy we’ve hi-jacked your diary with Manchester memories.
I’m hoping to have a straight house and decorations up by next weekend...😂😂😂😂...wish me luck with that one 😳😳😳😂😂😂

Starting afresh.
You can do anything if you put your mind to it. x4 -
There was a school uniform shop there too (Barries?) that my mother was so disgusted with that after the first dress she refused to buy any more & made them herself. She said she had seen skirts with more material in them during the war than they had!Nicnak said:My parents remember this too. They said it took you to St Anne's square

Well Devon is in Tier 2 which I fully expected as we were heading that way before the latest lockdown. We can't see anyone indoors, but with the virus levels high I'm not sure I want to, although as I spend every day at school with dozens of adults and hundreds of children it does seem a bit bonkers sometimes 🙄.Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Thanks Elizabeth 🙂. The arctic hare bauble is from the NT shop and DS1 bought it for half price last year in the after Christmas sale. He bought an arctic fox bauble at the same time. We all like rabbits in this house 🐰🐇.elizabethhull said:Lovely tree, there appears to be a very cute rabbit, is that a Furry Moron reminder ?Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally
