HH I'm just catching up - loving the sound of all your book rearrangement! Nice when something like that creates more space isn't it! I also get what you mean about the behaviour of others making you anxious too - I've been feeling a bit the same way, and getting quite cross when people ignore the distancing thing too. Ironically I'm in shops more at the moment than I wpoud usually be as well as I'm doing Mum & Dad's shopping once a week - using the car - but then we are also doing our own of course but deliberately NOT using the car for that so rather than the once a week shop we would usually do for ourselves we're going several times. Because I have to use the car for Mum's stuff it feels wrong to use it a second time for ours as well so that's the compromise to be made I guess.

Also loving the chat about various different sorts of activity for keeping fingers and minds busy - I must find my crochet hooks!

Well done with the 2 £20 notes :)
I know what you mean about the supermarket and not everyone social distancing. I also wear a mask and gloves when shopping. Gearing myself to go to the PO tomorrow. Hopefully there will not be a queue...
Well done on the book sorting too.

  • Very  productive day you have had HH. I had to call to Mr M today for a neighbour . I feel like I am in the dodgems , all the moving and circling I do. Good to hear the bookcase had gone out of your lounge, more room for you to move about.
Thanks Sunshine :). It shouldn't be that hard to avoid people should it?

Thanks EH :). It's tiring, but lovely to get some more books out of boxes and into a bookcase so that I can see what I've got and enjoy reading them again.

It is very frustrating when people come so close, It's their choice if they risk their own life but I don't want them to risk mine 😡.

I wouldn't feel guilty about using the car for your own shopping as buying food for your parents is a very legitimate reason to be out and about.

Thanks DIA :). It was a stroke of luck getting free money and will help to pay for our next food shop :). I wish people would get it with the social distancing, it's like they've got a death wish 😡.
