Damn and blast, that freakin' forum has stuffed us up again! Can't we find some easy cases who will just pay us.

They asked if I'd like to settle, I said 'No, I'll see you in court and make sure you bring your witness as requested as I have a lot of questions to ask.'
Don't think they ever had any intention of going to court though.0 -

As people have mentioned, and you said you were going to do, phone the court to make sure.
I even phoned on the day to make sure. (Paranoid I know)
