    Just had an email. They're discontinuing the case!!!

    What did you ask them to pay you to avoid your costs schedule on the day?
    They might thin kyou will pay them, so disabuse them!

    Damn and blast, that freakin' forum has stuffed us up again! Can't we find some easy cases who will just pay us.

    They asked if I'd like to settle, I said 'No, I'll see you in court and make sure you bring your witness as requested as I have a lot of questions to ask.'

    Don't think they ever had any intention of going to court though.

    As people have mentioned, and you said you were going to do, phone the court to make sure.
    I even phoned on the day to make sure. (Paranoid I know)
    Best to be safe.
