Errrrr. How old will it be when you are finishing paying for it?0 -
Well all cars age when your buy them either way. So thats not my concern. Im just asking for help about trying to haggle at £30pw. Or bringing price of car down itself and asking for 12 month warranty if my other options like vauxhall dont give me finance. I have no money for deposit. So i have no money to buy a car outright. Finance is my only option.0

£37*52*5 = £9620
£47*52*5 = ££12220
£10k for a 14 plate Corsa is a little "salty"! - i don't want to be overly critical but just point out full cost of your purchase
Dacia do a entry level Sandero for £6k which if you could get on bank finance or even Manufacturers own - may work out cheaper for you
I would have thought this was a much better way to spend £6k, if your concern is simple, trouble free motoring, than a used Corsa.
Although, I'm not sure either is a great idea for someone who may have little or no cash in reserve.
OP, what car do you have atm?0 -
Even at £30 a week, you're paying almost two grand in interest and charges over five years... It works out at £7.32 a week out of that £30. Does that sound like a good deal now? Almost a third of the payment going on interest?
Christ only knows how they've convinced you it's even close to a good deal at £37 a week and that they're doing you a favour coming down from £49. Those are sub-sub-prime numbers - £37pw with £14 going on interest. Crazy.0 -

Indeed. "I have no money, but want to spend £6K on a car" doesn't really square.0 -

Looks it, £11,700 from a dealer seems cheap.I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....
