    In the end I had a bowl of raspberries, strawberries and yogurt for my lunch.:D

    Just made up some turkey rissoles to cook in the oven alongside our dinner. They're moreish so will probably snack on them later. :)

    Bubbs I know what haslet is and I like it! It was one of our staples in sandwiches when I was a kid. I'll have a go at your recipe sometime - do you use dried sage or fresh??

    I used dried this time, last time i used fresh but wasnt enough

    I am going to start formulating a list of food I like that is Syn and start cooking food from recipes!

    Thanks it was, home made burger with 5% beef, hubby had 2 and beans but 4 times as many chips not salad, i cant have beans:(

    I am sat eating a bag of popcorn albeit Metcalfe's skinny popcorn.... no idea what the syns are.... but tomorrow is a new day!
