Weigh in day for me today. Not sure what to expect on the scales. Not been a great week, but then I've lost other weeks when I haven't expected it.

    Today's 'plan':
    Breakfast - yogurt
    Lunch - pasta salad
    Dinner - noodles
Snacks - fruit, Aldi quavers, cereal bars, ginger sweets

    HA - milk and cheese
    HB - cereal bars
Syns - salad dressing (1), quavers (3), ginger sweets
    Zebras rock

    Hope you're lucky tonight kathrynha.:)

Glad to hear the chocolate orange is no more topgirl. I hope your friend didn't eat it all herself.;)

I must look up the recipe for homity pie msm to see if there's anything else I could add to my concoction. Agree it's very tasty.:)

Decorators are gone thank goodness so now I have the kitchen back and can have the lunch I planned for yesterday (yesterday I made do with a Satsuma, a coffee and a banana). Last night I snacked on a bowl of raspberries/strawberries with 0% Greek yogurt. I really enjoy that although I'm not really a yogurt fan. I'll probably have more sometime today.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk
L: LO chicken, fried veg and pickled cabbage
D: chicken stir fry with noodles
Syns: tbsp. honey and tbsp. syrup

Quite a synful day by my weekday standards. I'm not going to WI this week though as I need some time to get over last weekend's meal out and another planned for tomorrow.

Thanks beanie . When it was refitted a few years back I went to Majorca with my DD for a week. Yesterday I only had a few hours at the seaside!

It did make me think though. It would be really difficult to do SW if you didn't have good cooking facilities especially as we do most cooking from scratch. :)

When we had our kitchen replaced I used my slow cooker and microwave lots, but by the end of the 2 weeks I was really struggling with what to cook

I used 5% minced pork and fry light no lard, i did a small one and used 1 pack of pork and 2 slices of wholemeal bread made into breadcrumbs, so could be a HEXB?
hubby liked it and he is the haslet eater:D
