If you want to be a size 14 badly enough, you can be!

    :T:T:T:T:T:T:T
    Never! think i was born a 14:rotfl::rotfl:
This weekend I managed to get a coat on that I have not worn for 8 years.... the last time I wore it I was between 12-14. It is a Trespass medium. When I say wore, I had the coat on, and zipped up, I could not breath/sit down.... it was more like a sauna suit!
    :T:T:T Well done
To be a 14 would be a minor miracle for me lol

Didn't go kayaking - went to see mum & as we went up late & hubby had to do some work afterwards, I walked mutt...so I did body magic but in a different way.

Did a batch of chilli for son to send him on his way to his first home.

Going to try SW's Caribbean Jerkpot tomorrow - should challenge my culinary skills.
And me to be a 14:o

    Hello,

Hope everyone is well. I've finally managed to catch up a bit on the thread. Lots of good advice, losses and laughs as usual. I do appreciate you all, this thread helps me so much and I don't think I would be making the same sort of progress if I was going it alone.

GETTING THERE, you asked what had I done differently to warrant a 3 lb loss. I'm quite baffled myself to be honest. For weeks I was stuck and now I seem to be moving again so maybe it's just one of those things. The only things I have been doing are making sure I have my heB, I wasn't very good at this. I'm also drinking a lot of water and this week in particular I haven't had as many syns as I just haven't fancied chocolate or crisps as much as I usually do. Very strange I know! I've been very active this week so maybe this has helped too.

MATRONMIDGE New York in December will be amazing. It's gorgeous around Christmas time, I'm envious!

MAMON, it's so frustrating when you seem to lose and regain the same pound over and over again. I hope you get over this obstacle soon.

Well done to all the losers and commiserations to anyone who has gained. Just keep plodding.

Well done WHIP for joining your group, I hope it's a good one and that you get great support from it.

WIZ, I hope your lurgy has disappeared. Wishing you well if you're not quite there yet.

BUBBS, is your crustless quiche a SW recipe? I think you have posted images before and it looked gorgeous. It's always a good option to have in the fridge and I've prob got all the ingredients in already. I'd be so grateful if you could point me in the direction of the recipe please? Also what is Haslet? I thought this might be a mistype so I'm curious to know if it's a real thing because I've never heard of it!

I need to do a bit of batch cooking, I've let things slip a tad and have nothing lined up for tomorrow. It's so easy just reheating leftovers or something batch cooked.

Gotta go, wishing everyone luck for the week ahead x
The one i made yesterday had, onions, chopped mushrooms, bacon, brocoli and spring onions, s &p
I dry fry that, grease a flan dish with fry light put cooked ingredients in, then i use 8 eggs , whisk them up and pour over, slice some tomatoes and place on top , grind some black pepper over, cook for 30-40 mins on about number 7 hth

Great news! Delighted for you. :D

I really enjoyed my dinner. Decided to make the mash more exciting so added carrot and leek then stirred in some chopped spring onions, seasoned and put it in a dish. I sprinkled a little grated cheese on top and then baked it in the oven alongside the fish. I'll definitely do it again.

Well done SHIPROB, that's incredible! Your weight loss this year has been phenomenal, you must be over the moon. Such an inspiration!

BUBBS, I had to google haslet, I'd never heard of it and thought it was a spelling mistake!
