Oh, TIE, poor you.
Love is.......coming home & finding hubby cooking you a ham, but cheese free, omelette
Or in my case, bringing home 4 amazing cupcakes, which he was given for picking up a friend’s kid from school. She’s a professional baker. Really not SW friendly but ….20171027_203226 by Bobbie Doctor, on Flickr
Our village celebrated Hallowe’en tonight. We had 22 guisers. We’ve lived here for over 40 years and it has always been celebrated on the Friday. No one seems to know when that tradition started. I suspect it may be a combination of no school in the morning and pay day. Then again, it may be something entirely different.
Those cakes look lush may need something like that next weekend or during week when fireworks start proper. My poor Poppy one bang and she frightened so hundreds echoing  will stress me and I could cry state Poppy gets in probably will  So send me those cakes please

It's - 1.5 for me this week. I was looking at the chart (thanks GTS) and collectively we have lost an amazing amount this challenge. This is the first time I've beaten my target and in fact I've lost just shy of a stone this challenge at a loss of 13 1/2 lbs. I'm now within sight of my initial target of 11 stone and think I might reach it in our next challenge. I can't actually believe I'm saying that considering I was 14 stone at the start of the year. I need to keep track of what's in my wardrobe as I've tried on a few 'old' clothes that were far too small on me and now they are too big!
I'm determined to make a real go of the next challenge to see if I can hit that target. I know it's a tricky time of year but I'd be so proud of myself if I did well.
Wishing everyone a lovely weekend x

Unusually, DH came with me to do the food shop as he had an errand to run nearby. Great achievement in that we only bought what was on the list!:D
I'll be so pleased when my local Aldi reopens next week. Today's branch was such a mess and stock very low. They didn't even have potatoes! Fortunately I have enough for tonight and I'll get some tomorrow in Sainsbury's.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast
L: ham, cottage cheese, veggie (mushroom, spring onion, tomato)omelette, pickleschicken and bacon 'kievs', SW chips, mushrooms, tomato, asparagus, broccoli, peas
Syns: gin
Hope the picky tea's going well bubbs.:)0 -

Thank, OH has spent the last 30 minutes trying to explain it to me, to no avail. It is strangely abstract which means that my brain melts. At school, I stopped learning maths when the teacher said a + b =c...:D:D:D:D:D
I am just going to wait for him to alter the clocks and follow him like I know what I am doing x
Have you joined us on our SW diet?
