None. Creditors are only required to send letters and file a CCJ for the last address they have that you gave them. If you don't update your address with people you owe money to then that is your fault and there is no redress for that.
I've updated creditors with new address and its still gone to old address,thankfully was a family members address so still recieved the mail.
But shows that call centre staff can be lazy/forgetful or simply to busy to carry out a request.0
