Major overhaul of Sky Sports has cost me money

I just wanted to update about my experience with Sky on this issue.
It took weeks to sort out. In the end it was dealt with by a specialist customer service team whose number/email address I was never given - only contact method was to wait for them to contact me.
Didn't get an apology of any sort and in the end I was still out of pocket by around £3.It wasn't easy to follow how they were manipulating my account to try to 1)reimburse me and 2) get the DD amount back to what it should have been.
Have now cancelled my tv subscription due to moving house anyway but would not have renewed it.0 -

As I posted elsewhere, my account got further screwed up the following month and I ended up with Exec Complaints! As a result I "made " a small profit by the time they had tried to untangle the mess:rotfl:
Now, I make a point of checking at the start of each month , how much they intend to take by DD:)0 -

You've just reminded me to check how much my final DD is going to be!
I'm absolutely not in profit, they couldn't account for the outstanding £3 and were unable to manipulate my package (sounds rude!) to get the account to show it deducted. Been with them for years and never had an issue like that before, it really did put me off.0
