Gosh it is ages since I have posted....the time has gone so quickly.....and I come back to see tinned sprouts.....it is like I have never been away!!
So, first week in my new job... currently sitting on a train - oh the joys - but good survey completing opportunity of course! So far, so good.... everything and everyone seems like I can handle it/them so that's a good start. New job will be a challenge as it is in a very different setting to the one I have been used to, albeit in the same industry, so a nice mix of new and familiar. A good move, methinks.
I'm still doing swagbucks etc and getting a steady trickle of money coming in there. I've been able to pay for our summer holiday using extra funds so am very pleased about this and although my opportunities for extra earnings may well take a back seat while I settle into the new job, they will certainly continue.

Yes, you're right. There are a whole lot of reasons to be thankful etc, and I don't take any of them for granted!
In house/mortgage news, nothing much is happening....the new house hasn't been started yet so we have plenty of time before figures etc change, but everything is in place in readiness, I think so we're as organised as we can be at this stage. In the meantime, we keep saving and paying down debt, so whichever way you look at it, progress continues to be made.0 -
I'm really glad that things are so good for you2023: the year I get to buy a car0
