Addition! Just spent £9.45 (via QuidCo - 10% back...!) on hair product.

I got an email offering free next day delivery whilst postal strike action is on. Usually it's £2.00 for normal postage delivery and I need the stuff very soon so I have taken advantage. A smart spend there I think!

I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

  • Evening all - how fab to have so many of us on this thread today :T

Spent £3 on 2 cards - one for a birthday and one for a Christening, and aiming for a NSD tomorrow - may even get brave and leave my purse at home! Does anyone else do that?

    Have lovely evenings all x

£21 posting Ebay parcels - still, cash earned is now at about £400 so can't complain. Amazing the cack I have in my spare room!

Also spent £2.45 on lunch and £1 on the bus (although was called a nasty word by some cantankerous old git on the bus today for daring to ask him to say 'excuse me' rather than just push past me). Had a wee word with him when he got off and I think I met the devil today. He's disguised as a moustached old man in Edinburgh on a 26 bus and definitely wanting to share his bad monday morning mood with the world.

Still, only 4 days to go to the weekend so what is there to be unhappy about?
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!

So far so good! NSD again today, thou I keep thinking that I 'need' something. I was tempted by the takeaways in work last night, but the thought of breaking into my fiver I've saved for the taxi on fri stopped me. And in the end someone couldn't eat their spicy spuds, so I had them!! :rotfl:Thats karma!
