You've reminded me, a very good source of coins is near the vending machine, some people are so rich, or so lazy, if they drop coppers they don't bother to pick them up. I got 11p last week :rotfl: :rotfl:
I've just checked but nothing today.
And a NSD for me.0 -
I went to Asda today and did my weekly shop... I got stuff, plus some new mugs a coat for DD and one of those air freshner candle things. Anyway, I spent £79 I am dead pleased with that, usually in Tesco I'll spend up to £100 for my lot, that's without coats and puffy candle thingies.
Other than the shopping I won't spend anything. In fact I'm going for a NSW... think I can do it?:A

After leaving my lunch at home in the kitchen, my NSD turned into a more expensive day. Popped to supermarket for a sandwich but ended up with a salad and banana and then I brought baking supplies so in total I spend £5.20. Which is OK as I’ll be making chocolate brownies which will be a nice treat for packed lunches, plus I’ve got enough bread rolls in the freezer and fruit to keep me going for the rest of the week. Hopefully I’ll do better!0

Just on the finding money in random places topic, once me and bf went to a club with work (long time ago when we were young and worked in a supermarket).
We got there and decided we didn't want to be there, but couldn't leave because we had to wait for the minibus to take us back home. We wandered about not drinking anything looking for money on the floor. I know it sounds sad, but hey it was kinda fun at the same time. We found loads from the drunken oafs that kept dropping money at the bar.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

Hello, quick update from me: my (free) yoga class at lunchtime has left me feeling light-headed and giddy (I think I relaxed too much), so I won't be going swimming tonight. But my cheese sandwiches earlier were boring beyond belief so I'll have to get some pesto or something for a more appetising lunch tomorrow. Going to try not to spend more than my £2.40 swimming money on groceries though...Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0

Sorry, mrs s - I've been out for a couple of hours, and didn't read your thread.
Congratulations on your degree :T :T - what degree was it?
Hope you feel better soon, and can celebrate. _pale_
