  • Well done, fluffig:T and everyone else too who has made money this month:beer:

I hope you're OK, Aesop, we haven't heard from you for a while but I know how much you have to cram into every waking hour.

I hope Lynne is having a brilliant holiday in the sun:dance:. Pouring with rain here at the moment and yesterday morning it was really foggy and dismal. Looks as if summer is well and truly over:(

    Hi CBC

Sun's out here, lovely for walking the dogs, has put a smile on my face.
Mere morsels of money being made as only using a tablet and a phone. I took my laptop to a man who can, who said my motherboard is kaput. As the laptop is several years old it's not worth doing anything to. So new laptop has been ordered and I feel even poorer. I did finally reach a payout on M1ngle for Amazon vouchers.
Watch out October, I'm raring to go

Just a quick pop in, everyone is doing great and I am so glad to have found this fantastic group, I have a feeling my totals will start to drop in future months now I've sold most of the higher value items but then that will also free my time up to crack on with surveys. Anyway enough waffle, today's update

    £7.59 Ebay (after fees etc)
    £3.00 Money off coupon used

Keep up the fabulous work everyone :T

  • I've added £14 of money off vouchers from Sainsbury's. They have sent me 4 weekly vouchers through the post. I was reluctant to use them for a bit as I thought it's so expensive for lots of things. But I went and stocked up on quite basic stuff, bought already reduced things and dare I say it, some bits and bobs for Christmas. I got £9 off from the voucher through the post and £5 off with points on my nectar card. There's a potential £44.50 in savings due to 3 more vouchers but you have to spend £60 each week. I've bought household stuff but might be a bit stuck now. Don't need the Sainsbury's savings if can get stuff cheaper at other places anyway!

I made an extra sale, but it came to almost no profit after I accidentally messed up a prepaid parcel size which meant I got an extra fee... oops..

Nearly at my aim for the month and will probably end up about £10 short after interest which I will only be able to see next week. Very happy with that!

Been busily listing eBay stuff to try and get everything cleared before xmas hopefully and maximise my fund to do various house projects next year, but still trying to take things a bit easier and so been doing very little survey wise. My aim for next month will be to clear out my spare room as much as I can (not too much left now - although there always seems to be just one more thing to get rid of..) and got a couple of higher value items which is exciting. Any "spare" time I will spend on surveys, but still not going to spend as much time as previously to make sure I look after myself.

Had a very sad phone call this morning to tell us OH's sister (his only sibling) died suddenly last night. She seemed to be the fittest of all of us. We can't believe it, it's shaken us to the core.
Very sorry to read your sad news and condolences to you, your OH and the rest of the family. Sending some virtual big squishy hugs.

I'm going to be approaching the challenge a bit differently next month. I have stopped freelancing in my usual job and have taken a part time job at a local supermarket to provide me with a small income while I set up a new business venture. My income from the SM will cover the mortgage and all my direct debits but if we want to eat I need to make a success of the new business (or other endeavours!).....
Good luck with your new venture and hope it all works out well for you :D
    .....
My birthday today so that would really be a nice surprise present :D.......
Many belated birthday wishes and hope you had a fantastic couple of days in York - I haven't been there for years :D
