It was great to hear from you BartGirl-I was starting to get concerned about you. It sounds like you've been going to hell and back and so sorry that it has affected your DS-I know that when me and DH argue (not v often thankfully) I sometimes see my DS'g big eyes looking at us. As you said you have put up with so much that you listen very cynically to what GFN is saying and really don't care anymore. I hope you do the right thing for you and DS-as GFN says you and your DS are a happy unit and it is him who brings things down for you both. All the best to you and I'll look out for your posts. Good luck with the moneysaving as well-you are so motivated it puts me to shame!HSBC Visa-High interest-£2349.23 Nat West £2605.18

Been reading this thread for ages now & an glad your back & ok.
Someone once gave me some advice about splitting up, it was
"Only do it if you are not going to feel pain by doing it, why put yourself through that too." Meaning I think, exactly where you are now.
If GFN being there is more painful than the thought of GFN not being there, the time is right.
Good Luck with it, whatever IT is?!Living debt free, since Sept 08 & Dec 10 :wall:

good to see you posting though I'm still really concerned that you are still there.Do you really need to save more money? can you not make do with what you have? money isn't that important! As you can see it's now affecting your ds too.Why not just get out now? i know we've discussed it before by PM and I'm happy to do it again if you'd rather.
I really want you to get out of there sooner rather than later.Reading your post was so familiar to me.Take care and remember I am here.xlost my way but now I'm back ! roll on 2013

i know things are as clear-cut to outsiders but this has been rumbling on for ages now & its affecting DS.
it just seems that there's never quite a right time but there never will be.
he sounds a bit firey - are you concerned for your safety when you split?0 -
Nice to hear from you again Bartgirl. Sorry the domestic situation continues to be hellish but you do sound really strong. Do you use the turbolister programme for ebay? It really cuts down on listing time - and has a lot of useful functions:j Debt-Free-Wannabe! :jDeclutter/Ebay/Savings0 -
