Even hotter Three SIM!

  • In the FAQs about cashback (I can't find the cashback T&Cs) it states 'Please note that you cannot claim a cash back if you have cancelled your order, disconnected the SIM card from the network, or you have changed your price plan with us, or with the network.' Does this mean that if your battery runs out, you'll be deemed to have disconnected your SIM card?
Also, do you have to send in your bills by post? It might tell you in the ‘My Account’ section of the website, but I can see no way of getting there!

Over the internet. They accept within 5 minutes even when shut and pay in less than a week. Provided they're still in business, of course - and you follow the groundrules.

If they're shut, who reads and approves the screenprint/doc that you send in? If they want 6 of them to get £96 cashback, do they send you £16 every 2 months? It all sounds a bit odd, I mean, if the purpose is to ensure you've fulfilled your contract, why don't they just say it's £17.15 pm for the first 7 months and £0 for the rest? That would be much more attractive for me than having to faff around six times (and having to remember to do it!).
  • 1) Mystery. I had one decline as fast too.

    2) It's 5, not 6.

    3) No. First claim is in month 6 then every 3 months.

    4) You aren't looking at it in the right way. The cashback is separate from the line rental in times and amounts - and nothing to do with the network.

    5) That's why I've ordered for others for years and watched over them carefully. It's quite easy - especially if you know what you're doing and follow the groundurles. Some months I've needed to wqatch over/claim about a dozen claims for different contracts, including checking process at each stage on each.

I have one recent decline - I think I know why but haven't challenged it until I've tried a different claim, which will be in the next week. One of the people I order for gets theirs paid a month early each time - go figure!

Whether it's 5 or 6, your answer adds up to 4 at the most! Anyhow, the point of the question was to find out if the cashback is paid in one lump when all the statements have been received.

Been to their website and they have two offers from Three, both offer 30GB, unlimited texts and calls one works out at £10 a month and the other £14.67, am I missing something or does there seem to be no difference in what they are offering?
The higher one only offers £40 cashback, because it is automatic.
  • If it's a 24 month contract it is 5; the last claim is in month 18.Why not read the Q&As on the site relating to cashback and the t&c? You haven't followed the groundrules right at the start or you would know exactly how it all works.

    And the answer is no.
