So did you get a PCN in August on your windscreen, then no letters until now?

Yes please tell us what the letter is headed up with and what it says, or show us a scan/photo.

There was a PCN on the windscreen back in August - then nothing until the letter showed up a couple of weeks ago (i've been away with work so only just opened it) I'll upload a picture when I get home of the whole document, but from memory the only option it provided was to pay as the timeframe for any appeal was gone.

you know that to upload a image you need to host it some where ... you can not upload here ... try some thing like tinny pic / dropbox

then post a link on your thread after changing the url from http to hxxp

and a forum member will sort it ...

No appeal works v IPC members anyway so it's no loss! You need to understand the game you are in, and not pay (of course).

That's what I've told them, but they really don't seem to get it.

In one gem they told me the deadline to appeal was a month before the PCN was issued...

OP, another thing to bear in mind is that if you ask the DVLA for a copy of their info request, this shows they stated that it is to pursue the driver.

It appears that as soon as Armtrac pursue the RK in the SCC they have misused the data so risk a counterclaim of a suggested £250.
