I had it on my old computer and would like it on the new one. I have never been on Google Maps and so I don't know what it does compared to Google Earth.0

If frugalmacdugal's link isn't good enough then the link to google earth download is: https://www.google.co.uk/intl/en_uk/earth/
I just use google maps as per the previous link and zoom right inI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Quick Grabbit, Freebies, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning and the UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.

Best site...?
There is only the one genuine download site AFAIK.
And yes, Earth standalone is often better than Maps in a browser (although I am very fond of the Android app), which is far less featured but can be far more susceptible to connection issues and can run slow and clunky on less than perfect connections or if you have other windows open.0
