+1 for tell them to collect. Did this actually go to court and if so did the court specify the return of the item in the judgement ? Or did they pay up on receipt of LBA or court papers ?0

Hi Molerat no I issued a judgement after the allotted time as I had no response to the claim They paid after the judgement was issued the day before it would go on record as a ccj0
