Fraudulent claim - my apologies, I read the OP as an empty box (not an empty bin!). Hence the suggestion of returning the empty box.

That aside, if this where an empty box scenario there would be nothing stopping the buyer from claiming despite having had a claim previously. You are allowed 2 claims per item but only 1 of each type.
