Although the nicer suppliers only charge around £34 after the minimum term for FIBRE!

    e.g EE, TalkTalk, Plusnet, Vodafone

Again, like other industries, some will be more expensive than other for similar services.

Whether the additional cost is justified is down to the individual customer to decide.

You're the one making the outrageous claims, but sure.

Sigh. I guess you missed the TV advert for BT, showing a 30GB limit...?

I'm glad you agree that it's outrageous that BT have such silly limits, though. You're starting to see things from my point of view.

One package is limited, and it certainly doesn't quadruple in price after a few months. A lot of ISP's offer a cheaper, limited package for light users.

All of those linked above are unlimited and the prices stated for the length of the deal.

I'll take that as an apology. :)

Sigh. I just looked at the promo letter BT just sent me.

They're offering broadband for £4 extra a month (on top of line rental). After 12 months, this reverts to a total of £44.99 a month (including line rental), which is £27.50 extra.

So that's much more than quadrupling.

Any more myths you'd like me to debunk?

Whatever. At least you acknowledge you were wrong.

Nope, everything I've posted has been factual.

You're the one yet to provide the evidence of the price quadrupling after a few months :)
