Parking fine from Euro Car Parks

Hi Guys,
I just joined the forum and i need your help!
I received a parking fine from euro car park of £75, £45 if i pay in 14 days, on 8th April 2017. It had a 3 hour limit and i stayed over this- they have proof via a pic before and after of my car and reg plate with a time stamp.
I replied back to them via email, trying to appeal it but they rejected it and said i still need to pay. That's when i ignored them but they followed it up with another letter saying it is now a £75 fine. I ignored this too.
Now i got a letter from the DRP (debt recovery plus limited) who have sent a letter on behalf their client Euro Car Parks saying that i need to pay £135. They also added that "a lot of people may suggest that you shouldn't pay the fine, but the supreme court have made a new law post November 2015 where this is now legal and a motorist was taken to court for not laying the fine"
What should i do? Shall i ignore, but the mistake i made was replying and identifying i was the driver. Can i appeal to the DRP and if so has anyone got a template? They have an image of my car before and after with my reg plate and timestap showing i stayed there more than 3 hours.
Any advice would be appreciated thanks

Shame you named the driver but all is not lost.
Best wait to see if Euro want to take it further
You don't owe £135, it's an add-on by DRP who are worthless
timewasters which YOU WILL IGNORE and keep on ignoring.
Take no notice of the DRP utter rubbish, they can do nothing0 -
An April 2017 Euro Car Parks notice would have been a 100% slam dunk cinch for a registered keeper to have won at POPLA, as they had the error with the issued date in April. Not so with an admitted driver who also ignored the offer of POPLA. You missed a trick! Would have been cancelled by June.
Never mind, ignore them. ECP don't sue people but if that changes, come back.
You will know from reading the NEWBIES thread first, to complain to the retailer, as you would, if there are retailers on site where you spent money. I assume you've tried that, as anyone would?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Everyone is politely asked to read up on this in the newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum before posting
After reading up on this if you have any further questions you must start your own thread and not post any more in this old thread0 -
Can someone tell me where exactly the newbies bit is....?0
