considering I bought 2 massive boxes of laundry powder for £10 i'm amazed it was so much under, also bought enough pork shoulder chops for next month and then some.
I also only did 8 shops, normally I do 10-12, so I think being stuck indoors has done me a favour or two :)
    see you all next month

Gone over budget now, but lots less to buy next month, £land £9, mostly for sister who had paid for my haircut, I owed her for. £24.28 for tranquillisers for dog, nights getting dark and she stressing already about fireworks, £23.38 for top up petrol as 3p a litre cheaper than my town.
Currently £22 over but eye test this morning so new glasses to add.
Do I need it or just want it.

Week 4: small spends of £6.20 (market for breadcakes, cooked sliced turkey and lunch tongue) plus £2.73 (local Co-op for a small box of teabags - had completely run out :( - and milk ).

Just one day to go but won't be shopping tomorrow so I'm declaring for this month with £42.85 left in the kitty and 22/28 NSDs. :):) £40 will be diverted into next year's holiday fund and the other £2.85 will top up my Happy Cash, so I'm a very happy bunny. ;)

  • Spent £4.97 since last post.

I'm having curry pie for the third night in a row; just rol gluten free puff pastry used for this. I have one portion left for tomorrow. Good thing I don't mind eating the same thing for a few days.
OH is having stir fry and noodles for dinner today and tomorrow.
With that in mind tomorrow should be a NSD.

    £132.21/£150.
    £17.79 left.
I am a vegan woman. My OH is a lovely omni guy :D
  • Revised my meal plan when I realised I had enough chicken for 3-4 meals but had put pork and burgers on the plan - doh.

Like Doom n Gloom I could eat the same thing for a few days, but DD has already said "Chicken AGAIN" ... ! But I'm away tomorrow so have also made spag bol they can just heat up, so I pointed this out.

Monday was HM chicken korma which was very nice.
Tuesday piri piri chicken with sweet potato wedges
Tonight sweet and sour YES chicken with rice
    Tomorrow spag bol
Friday fish fingers and chips as I may not be back in time to do anything more creative!

One "own goal" this week- I made leek and potato soup on Saturday, but put some frozen (real) chicken stock in it. This made it taste really weird so I had to throw it away :(

Did have packed lunches both days at work this week, so that was good. Spent about £70 in Sainsb on Tuesday night, will update sig later...
    GC Feb 2019 (to 10th) £397.07/£300
