You don't need to click on add another printer.
Once you have removed the printer, click on ANY remaining device
this could be "send to one note, or fax" or ANYTHING in your printer list.
Then you will see "print server properties" appear along the top option bar
go from there0 -

After removing printer I clicked on Fax and all that came up was:-
Open Queue
Manage
Remove Device
Even in Manage it said nothing of the above.0 -

That works on my Windows 7 machine. Not at a Windows 10 machine to see how differently Devices and Printers responds.0 -

OP, all this doesnt sound right . Can you do a screenshot of what you see ?
EDIT : OP, are you SURE you are inside "devices and printers" , and not "Printers and scanners" which behaves differently ??
Does it look the same as my screenshot above ?
Click on the search box at the bottom left of windows, and actually type "devices and printers" and click the corresponding option that pops up of the same name0 -
I cannot see any screenshot in this thread ... but that might just be the company firewall blocking it.
I did wonder the same thing ... is OP accessing via the new Settings option rather than via the original Devices and Printers window.0 -

I am accessing it by clicking Start - Settings - Devices - Printer & Scanners.
What other ways can I access it?0
