Thanks guys.... Everything seems to be getting on top of me at the moment. Debt, running the house, birthdays and parties, Roo is struggling with school, to the point of tears, work is wearing me down and I just feel so much guilt as a mum I've just been in tears the whole time. I'm trying to pick myself back up again. Hence jumping back on here!0

Stop, take a breath.
Break it down into smaller chunks and deal with one step at a time. Remembering to fit you time in there too.“Once you hit rock bottom, that's where you perfectly stand; That's your chance of restarting, but restarting the way.”0 -
