User Control Panel and Quick Links

I joined the MSE Forum yesterday and posted a question in a thread. Today, I logged on and wanted to change my password, complete my profile & subscribe to the thread that I posted in yesterday. I couldn't see any way of doing that and sought help on this site. I found the YouTube instruction videos, found what I had to do, and it was very clear. I was surprised the links on the video was nowhere that I could find.
Where are the User Control Panel (well named) and Quick Links. There is nothing like that on the top of the Forum page or anywhere else I can see. I have never had to ask a question like this before on any site. Usually, a few minutes look around shows me how to navigate a forum. Any longer and the forum should rethink the format.

The video and instructions will relate to the old green style of the forum. With that style the UserCP and Quick Links are in the horizontal green banner bar near the top of the page. Sorry but I don't use the new style so can't help with how to find what you're looking for.0

That's the link to the UserCP.
Found it ... you need to click the circle just below the Main Site cloud/bubble.
Quick links appear across the top of the respective board.0 -

Thanks for helping Mabel2012 out guys!
As DoaM mentioned, the youtube video is an old one for the old green forum that we switched from a couple of years ago.

What do I select if I want to upload a snip capture.png. I tried earliier and could only find links, Is there a way to upload a screen capture?0

Are you planning to update your help videos. If not, why not include a link to the User Profile & Subscriptions under HELP, as that was my first port of call. There is nothing more off putting than having to spend time on a Forum trying to find out how to post questions, find the same questions when checking for replies. The User Panel and Quick Links were clearly visible on the videos so why are they not as clear on your new Forum.0

No. This forum does not support hosting files/images. What you need is to use another file hosting site (e.g. tinypic, imgur, dropbox, etc. etc.), upload your files there and then link in a forum post here.
Note: it'll be a little while before you're able to post working links of any sort. This forum has a minimum membership time and post count requirement ... but these are not published as far as I know.0 -
Hi
We aren't updating the videos right now but thank you very much for the feedback about the Help, we'll bear that in mind.
