    Failed courier collection today -‘your collection was rejected’ -no idea why.

    Call to Asus-escalated to re arrange collection tomorrow.

    Starting to be a bit disappointing,

    Asus and I are not having any luck in getting dpd to collect my laptop.

    I’ve been re assured it will be collected Mon next week since receiving a text today and referring to dpd website to find their courier was going to colllect from Milton Keynes, I called Asus and explained the incorrect postcode prefix was sending a courier to England rather than Scotland!

    Not to worry there’s more important things to deal with as a single homeowner

    Today Wed’s 27th Sept.
    Laptop collected to be returned to Asus for repair or replacement.
    Not bad considering courier was sent to Milton Keynes twice.

    I’ll re post my last update once laptop is repaired.
    Can’t believe I found the original receipt yesterday.

    Thanks though believe me laptop hasn’t yet been returned.

    I’ll refer to ‘* Estimate Completion Date is only for reference purposes; The actual completion date is based on repair condition.’
