Competitions Discussion Thread Part 3

hi everyone, excuse this newbie interruption!! I was wondering if someone could help at all? Ive been trying to keep track of the competitions ive enteres by pressing the thanks button as advised in the tips section but when ive come back to the computer all the thanks buttons have reappeared as if Ive not thanked anyone and now ive not a clue which ones ive entered! Is this because I logged out? any help greatfully received thankyou xx:D

Mmm that's very weird!! The Thanks button once thanked doesn't usually return (under any circumstances, i.e. logging out & then in, clearing cookies etc. ) & can't be undone, it is definitely the same comps right? Not similar looking ones?

Also the thanks button will reappear when you log out but once you log in again it should go.

Hi all
can anyone advise me. I have been keeping up with the listed comps by subscribing to comp forum, all goes fine for 2 / 3 days then I don't get an email and my subscription appears to vanish, it is no longer listed in my subscribed threads.... am I doing something wrong?

My husband thinks this site is really a vortex and I have been sucked in, I was once a casual comper, now I am obsessive, to the point I made him drive me 100 miles on Saturday to pick up 3000 postcards (bargain on ebay) - tell you what though, he is relieved that I am so busy entering comps that I am no longer shopping!!!

I think you are giving yourself a very exhausting time!! TRY THIS!! Go to the bottom of the front page and sort all comps by start date, in descending order, that way you can work your way up or down the list and make a note of which comp you get to. Only subscribe to comps if you can't enter there and then, if you beat yourself up you will end up square eyed and very tired. Do it for fun!!!

You should have gotten your free post cards at Odeon cinemas, they have loads of them in the foyer. OH would have been doubly pleased then
