I use a mobile number where I can change the sim if I ever have to, have only been contacted twice - once because I won, and once after I won and had emailed them

Never been spam phone called Don't enter my number if I don't have to. I do get a lot of junk email though which some of has to be checked in case it's a winning email (WEM)

I have only once had a spam phone call and have been compng many yeras. I get masses of juk email.

Can anyone help me ....please.I've done a bad thing. I posted a comp in the regular competitions . How do I go about deleting and moving it .
