but when i entered the previous code it said closed then, it looks like they are getting it ready!!

what do we really gain from these lists? if we miss any we miss them, feel sorry for someone every day making them. Lets just get the start date sorted then no one would have to worry.
bet this goes down like a lead baloon but tact has never been my strong point.

Hi Josie, welcome to the comps forums. Unfortunately you've not won a 'real' prize (sorry!), its a timeshare trying to persuade you to part with very large sums of money.

If it was a real win, you wouldn't have to pay the promoter to recieve the prize. You'll probably now get a few follow up calls asking you why you haven't taken up their offer (do you have to call a freephone number to confirm?). The quickest way to stop them is tell them you've just lost your job or your partners left you - they'll no longer be interested in you then.

Don't let this put you off entering comps, there are 100s of real new ones on here every day & MSErs have really won holidays, cars, cash Tvs, make up, jewellery and all manner of unmentionable things.....

If you go to Loquax, etc you'll get all the comps ending on specific dates anyway

Hi! I cant volunteer to do this as I have 2 children under the age of 2, infact as I'm typing I can hear one starting to moan!! so dont want to commit myself to something then let everyone down if I cant do so!

But I wish to thank everyone who's willing to help and I think you're all stars and deserve gold medals!

I do appreciate that the lists are done but really dont have the time, and dont know how, to do the lists.

I have to say I agree with haynrich..and this will probabaly go down like a lead balloon aswell, but the other week, I actually went through every comp on every page right to the end, took me 4 days in total and I entered all the ones I had done into excel (approx 174 pages at the time), entering any that I had missed...
It may sound harsh but if people miss or cant be bothered to comp then why make it even easier especially as it isnt an easy job to do??

I have now often thought about just leaving this site and just coming on here once every 2 days and working through the lists only...kinda makes it easy for some, specially when the comps have already been posted on here in the 1st place.
If the person went through the comps once a day (and entered only the comps they wanted to win),it really does'nt take ages to do that, then they shouldnt miss any, if they do then they only have themselves to kick and rightly so.

Yes sure we all miss some, but surely thats our own fault??

To be honest I dont look at the lists that are due to end, but the newer people on here obviously do ... I appreciate the hard work that goes into what you do, but do they??

Keep it up, it is benefitting some I guess
But as nosonddu has said, they are all listed on Loquax in date order, maybe they should do comps from that site if they find themselves getting a bit behind

I agree. I don't use the ending lists as i'm on here every day and I don't miss any (that I know of). I don't have as much time to get on here as I used to so I wouldn't have spare time to help out, sorry!
