I find these lists really useful as due to my work patterns I cannot always keep up with the comps I want to enter. I am off work 14th and 15th this month so I will do the 15th feb.:)

Afraid I dont use the lists either, I am on here every day and enter as many comps as I have time to or am interested in, if I miss them so be it, its not the end of the world and if I want closing comps I head over to loquax or prizefinder

I spend loads of time comping, and work backwards methodically, but somehow still manage to miss some that are on the end date list.

So I think they're a Godsend - and although it would be nice to have it the same as Loquax, the fact is we're not (yet).
So to the people who have thus far compiled the lists - thankyou - you are appreciated!! :T

yeah i agree/ i think iv entered all of the ones i want to, but i still find some on the list that iv not entered.
i realise u can go to loquax but dont u then have to cross-reference over here to check that you've not already entered here? whereas on the lists, u only have to click through to the post to see if you've already entered.

When I have time, I check through the end date list and find the odd comp that I am interested in and haven't already entered. Thank you to the people that have posted the lists :T .

I do prefer to go through the main threads though. As Ms Chocaholic said, it's easier to hold your mouse over the comp to get an idea who can enter etc.

I use the lists, so thanks to all that have been kind enough to spend the time. I work full time and have kids and am single so dont have very much free time as you can guess, so I am benefiting greatly from those who use their valuable free time in this way. I have tried the search date, which I know now doesnt work, and tried the working though lists in the evening when kids in bed, but only manage about 30 a night.
Also because people post comments,which they should, they keep moving up and down the lists like yoyos so a minute after you look at a page it changes anyway!
Does anyone know of a way to copy the full list (all 150 odd pages) as a snapshot to word or excel?
And even if you could do that, 70 more are there by the time you have worked your way through lol
I should be planting potatoes and painting the bedroom today by the way, but here I am.... these pages are sure addictive.

Hello everybody, Not sure if this is the right place, but I've got a query about the Daily Mail Power Boat competition. Have collected the tokens, and just read the rules where it says "May not be re-sold". If I was lucky enough to win a powerboat, my first thought would be to sell it. I assume it means that you can't sell it back via the Mail and the boat's suppliers, but would have to take delivery and arrange the sale yourself. Any thoughts on this please?

I can't see how they can stop you selling it on. Its your boat after all. But then I'm no legal-eagle.:rolleyes: I'll ask around and see what others think.
