Why the sad face? we almost always win at POPLA and this one was nailed on.

They probably knew producing the NTK as evidence would have been a massive own goal as it obviously failed to comply with POFA in so many ways. Omitting it didn't help them in the end though.0 -
Is it ok for me to post my popla appeal up here now? I’m still challenging cp plus for popla codes that’s all as they refused to give them me saying I was out of time to appeal which I was but They sent the NTK out side of the 29-56 days0
