When you put it in online, same day, you would have got an email acknowledgement with a password, to follow the progress of the case on the POPLA Portal. After about a month if you have heard nothing, email POPLA back (you have their email address) and tell them you assume the operator has failed to supply an evidence pack in time and you look forward to hearing that you have won.

  • Yeah I've logged in but says decision is still pending.
    I'll keep checking daily!
  • It's only been a week since you added your comments on CP Plus's evidence, I would expect a decision before the end of this week. POPLA will email you.
  • Ok, I'm keeping my fingers crossed !
  • IVE WON !!!!!! :rotfl:

I won my appeal thank you all so, so much!!!!
I couldn't have done it without you!

Well actually, I did 2 appeals to popla one after the other and I won them both, reason: not compliant with pofa 2012.

Should I post my decision here for you to read or post it in the popla decision thread?

That is so satisfying isn't it?

I would post in the POPLA thread otherwise it will fall off the bottom here in a couple of days.;)
  • Brilliant :j

Hopefully this will persuade those idiots at CP Plus and Meadowhall that their nasty campaign against workers is wrong will fail.

If you could post the assessors decision on this thread as well as the POPLA cases won thread, that would be great. Cover up your details and the POPLA code and the assessors name.
  • Amazing!!! This gives me some hope!

    Well done

These scammers are full of holes and this forum
    knows all about them.

Tell your friends about this forum if one of these cowboys
    try to scam them

Why not write to Meadowhall with your successful POPLA
appeals and ask them direct why they employ scammers
and invite them to terminate CCPLUS

I think the wording of the assessor's decision could be very important for any potential/future court case.

Also, the fact that an ndustry standard bespoke private parking ADR service is available, and has already been used to deal with cases most expeditiously, would save the courts an enormous amount of time in dealing with any outstanding cases. This service is acceptable to the PPC by dint of their agreement to comply with the BPA Code of Practice.

The other point that will need making is that, by law, ADR must be made available for 12 months (not the poxy 28 days PPCs try to get away with).

    Well done Pinklady. :T
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
