Did they also include copies of the NTD (windscreen ticket) and NTK?

I know you have previously put up a scan of the NTK on here but is there one in CP Plus's evidence pack?

The NTK (windscreen ticket) is important because having seen another one from a poster on another thread, I think there are reasons it could be helpful to you.
  • British land only own half of the land too, 50% is owned by government pension fund of Norway. so would they not have to have signed it too?
  • I'll log back in and check now, I think they might have done. They did show a picture of my car.
  • I think it's very brave of you to stand up to these bullies, someone has to.

Here is a link to the article in the Sheffield Star

The local M.P. Gill Furniss should also be made aware of this injustice. Hopefully the bad publicity will make Meadowhall/British Land come to their senses about taking workers to court over parking.

  • British land only own half of the land too, 50% is owned by government pension fund of Norway. so would they not have to have signed it too?

According to the document headed 'Signed Landowner Authority' CP Plus have submitted as evidence to POPLA that they have the right to enforce parking and recover parking charges, their client is British Land PLC.

I would expect this authority has to be given by British Land PLC or from someone in a position of authority at Meadowhall i.e. the Centre Manager acting on behalf of British Land.
Though the fact that the letter shows neither who has signed it or their position within the company, there is no proof that CP Plus have such authority.

I believe that Meadowhall Centre Ltd. the occupiers are entirely owned by British Land Ltd. The actual land and probably buildings are owned equally by British Land and Norges Bank.
  • So they haven't included a copy of the contract or a copy of the NTK in their evidence pack.

Do you still have the NTD ticket that was placed on to the windscreen of the car?
  • No, only the copy that cp have supplied as there evidence.
No I've been back through there evidence and there's definitely no NTK
