Hi Robinofloxley, yes I've submitted my POPLA Appeal.
I received a response today saying that "cp Plus have now uploaded its evidence via our portal. This is now available for you to view by clicking
you now have seven days to reply from the date of this correspondence to provide comments on the evidence by cp Plus".
I've signed into POPLA to see the evidence that they have supplied but when I click on it, it just comes up with a full screen of numbers and letters all jumbled up. I'm trying to view it on my iPad so wondering if that's why it's not working. My laptop doing an update so I'll try and look on there once it's finished.
I'm just going back through the newbie thread to see what I need to do next.0 -
Time to send comments to POPLA about the evidence. Have a look at other threads, search 'POPLA rebuttal evidence'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Have you been able to access and download the evidence pack from CP Plus yet?
They should have also sent you a copy of their evidence pack by email.
As Coupon Mad said above, you need to send to POPLA a response to CP Plus's evidence. You can't submit any new evidence but should rebut and dispute their evidence as much as you can. You have only 7 days to do this.0 -
hello,
Yes I've received my POPLA pack back, CP Plus have gone to town on me.
they have listed other ticket's that i have received from them saying "this person is a persistent offender".
there is 20 tickets in total, spreed over roughtly 12 months.
They have also submitted the contract between them and MH with there evidence so i can no longer use that in my appeal.
I've gone through the forum and I'm still unsure how to reply really, and I've only got till Friday to reply.
I'm feeling a little defeated today if Im honest!
The girls have received letters before court and not acted to them in time, Meadowhall have gone to the star about us today, and they have put more signs up on the entry to the carparks and walk ways. Feel like we dont stand a chance0 -

CP Plus can't use the issue of previous tickets in their evidence. Their evidence should only be concerning the particular PCN in question and the fact that you have received parking charges before has no bearing on this case. You should point this out to POPLA in your rebuttal.
As regards the contract between CP Plus and Meadowhall, it could be used to your advantage if the contract is not set out or worded correctly, or doesn't conform to POFA in any way.
Maybe if you could put up a copy of their evidence pack on here (with any details that might identify you redacted), we could have a look and make suggestions for your rebuttal.0 -
Friday is LOADS of time!
Tell popla to strike those other PCNs. They're not relevant to this appeal for, this ticket. They must not consider other tickets.
As above pleas share the evidence bundle.0 -

Where is the actual contract - have you received that?
The side letter isn't the contract. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

As above have they provided a copy of the actual Contract or Site Agreement?
I would put it to POPLA that the 'Signed Landowner Authority' letter they have included is inadmissible as evidence as the signature on behalf of Meadowhall is just a squiggle. There isn't a printed name or a position within the company given for the supposed signee. Therefore no evidence that the document has been signed by a person in authority at the Meadowhall Centre or British Land.0
