I am currently resting but I have not receivd anything about Spectos taking over the survey work. Where can I find a link to sign up with Spectos please?

This ‘post before last collection’ is annoying. I like to use my nearest post box, because it is the nearest and also because, judging from the Kantar queries I receive, it isn’t collected everyday so I would like this to be highlighted to Royal Mail. 

Now that Spectos require posting before last collection, I’m not going to be able to use it.

can anyone tell me where the dashboard is on the spectos app please? when I login all I get is a page that tells me the bonus points and the quizzes I have completed. I have clicked on each link along the bottom but I am unable to see anything, am I missing something?

The square with the + sign in it, is where you enter sending and receiving post.

I just taken receipt of my first Spectos test item. Recorded on the app via QR code - 35 points.

I have to post the RFID back to Spectos. It's already in a prepaid business reply envelope.

I've just received (1.00pm Thursday 6 Oct) a test item to post which should have been posted yesterday (5th Oct). Do I hold onto it and post it the same day next week?

Yes, it's the same as Kantar,  post same day next week.

I also got delivery of a test item with one to send back supposed to be sent the previous day. I'm in 2 minds about this as it seems to be common judging by the forum posts here. Either Spectos are being hugely inefficient in sending out the items so late or could they possibly be doing it deliberately to see which panellists follow instructions by sending it the same day next week?

Teething troubles and a 2 day postal strike.

Hi all,
 Can't we post these the night before anymore?
I'd asked Kantar about it a long time ago and they were fine as long as recorded correctly but I've no idea what Spectos rules are yet. 
I received a spectos welcome letter early on but I'm currently live with kantar so wasn't sure about going live with spectos immediately. 
Also if we have to use spectos' app I was worried about having both on same phone if one or both were looking at cookies?!
