Just checked my contribution in the app. I have been marked down 1 star presumably for posting late on a Friday instead of Saturday. The collection was at 7am on the Saturday too. Seems unfair as the item was collected on the day they wanted.

Once you lose a star it takes an awful long time to get it back. There doesn't seem to be any logic behind the rating like x% in the past y weeks sent on time, it just deducts a star.

Thanks. I'll keep an eye on it. It would make more sense to give a percentage reading.

I lost a star for not recording at the post box as my phone does not always pick up a signal!

I don’t bother looking at the stars any more. They’re not accurate, don’t reflect what I’ve done so I can’t be doing with them.

I thought they had finally managed to get their act together over RFID stock.  They were allowing me to hold 1 above what I needed and asking for any extras to go back.  Now it is back to the old ways, I have got 9 but only need 3 (on top of what are already allocated) to cover the next 3 weeks without taking any receipts into account.

Back on the panel with no training period. They can’t have been that bothered about my low star rating then.

Probably struggling to get parcel posters for £2 a trip especially with the current price of petrol.

Came home today to find 4 of their blue bags which thankfully the postie had got through my letter box. Now have 2 cubes to put in a sack and one to post seperately, they're all to do on one day so I suppose that is a plus!

Beginning of the week I only had 2 stars for posting using gps. Now, just one item posted in between, I now have 5 stars.
