Kantar - Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel

I am back on the posting panel after my 6 month break and posted my first letter and logged it on website as normal. Now had message saying I have to use the app to log it, which is no good for me as my phone will not do apps. Have messaged them but their answer does not really give a clear answer so may have to withdraw if its only via the app.0

Has anybody noticed that on the last unaddressed mail survey for completing they no longer seem to be showing pictures of the items you may receive . My app just showed the tab for the day with number of items received to be entered but no pictures of any examples.2

Is the message worded in such a way that says you have to use the app, or is it only strongly encouraging you to use the app? I’ve seen the latter before but it does seem that they are increasing the level of emphasis they are putting in the app, so maybe it will become mandatory in the future (or, possibly already has, based on your message).Februarycat said:I am back on the posting panel after my 6 month break and posted my first letter and logged it on website as normal. I'm currently doing a 2nd consecutive Unaddressed and I do have images showing atm. At the start of this one or end of the last I had empty image boxes/frames which I presumed was because the app was slow or site was very busy but they did populate with images in the end!! 🙄0 -
All my stamps were the new ones.Money_Grabber13579 said:
They must have been running down the last of their stocks of the large stamps as the ones I received today were all the new versions.dizzydonkey2 said:Have received my stamps for April today. The first class stamps are the new bar coded ones and the large stamps are still the old style.

Ditto - I got both in the new style. What surprised me was that the new stamps are not just wider to accommodate the barcode (as the Christmas ones were) but the "stamp" element is about 10% bigger in both dimensions.Money_Grabber13579 said:

I finished a survey recently. For the first weeks of the survey, the "expected" items were shown but the entry tiles are still displayed afterwards so one could go on entering the number of items received but it is not part of what we are paid to do. So as I am not currently on the survey, I don't complete the tiles. Because I'm not on the survey itself, there are no "expected" items (and I've cleared the "overdue" ones).Primrose said:Has anybody noticed that on the last unaddressed mail survey for completing they no longer seem to be showing pictures of the items you may receive . It mentioned that 40% must be done on the app now but then it says if you can't use the app get in touch. So I have sent another message and see what they say.Money_Grabber13579 said:

Yes I was confused about them still showing. I contacted Kantar and they said do not fill in. Except as you say to clear the undelivered ones.General_Grant said:

That’s interesting, I wonder is it 40% of every person’s allocation that must be posted using the app or just 40% collectively? Their stats would seem to suggest that over 65% of postings are now made using the app, so if it’s the latter, there wouldn’t seem to be any need to worry.Februarycat said:
