Thanks quoia, I've found that the item doesn't disappear from the website immediately, once you've verified posting at a postbox.
Sometimes it can take a few hours before it disappears from the website. I guess the website is not 'live' and needs to be updated, perhaps only once per day, and I'm guessing it is done in the evening.
I've wondered before, what would happen if you entered the details at the postbox and then tried to do it on the website (while it is still showing), but I have never tried it to find out. Hopefully someone with more experience can enlighten me.2 -
I finished up my most recent stint on the panel almost 2 months ago and have just received another parcel today! Not sure where that one was hiding all this time…Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0

I've just typed a long post to Kantar explaining my problem and asking them if it matters if the item has been recorded twice. I got the dreaded circle going round and round and the message wouldn't send. Should I try again, or shall I just leave it and let them contact me if there's a problem?

When entering x8 items received yesterday (Judging by the postmarks all very late which makes sense considering I've had no mail since Monday then loads delivered all at once...) I had one item sent via a third party service (for example, which is not the case with this item UKMAIL postage mark with the "DELIVERED BY ROYAL MAIL" mark next to it) and was asked to confirm if the item was delivered with other addressed mail or not, which I've never seen before? Is this something new?1

Has anyone had problems with delivery of e-voucher rewards? I ordered a £25 M&S voucher on 19 Sept which has not arrived although another e-voucher I ordered after that arrived quickly as usual. I am waiting for a reply from Kantar who have said they will contact Perks but it can take up to 10 days for a reply!
They took me off the panel on 18 Sept & I have 60 days to redeem points but my account will be deleted at 60 days so will not be able to get in touch with them.
So much for doing their surveys for a good number of years.0 -

I Order £60 worth but had to do 6 x £10 which was weird , as could only add one code at the time on the redeem site , i did get reply in about couple of hours but could only find 3 x £10 e vouchers ....after looking and looking the email was condensed , and each one had another underneath it ..so in the end got £60 ..the old way was so much betterbigboystephen said:
