I'm getting bored with training - 3 weeks and it's been the same thing every week (both in and out).   Do people really not get this?   Obviously, from the tales on here, plenty do struggle.

Week 4 - same again.  But I've had a message on the App saying I'm doing well and they are sending me 12x1st and 4x1stLarge as a reward.  Also that I can expect cubes now.  Does that mean a second level of training because I've passed the first?
Posted today's test item.  App is telling me that I don't have anything in the pipeline for the next few weeks but then there's what looks like a real item to post on the 26th.  So maybe I'm due to go live soon.
I need to think of something new here...

I had a message to return some RIFD's  a couple of weeks ago which I did the next day, however I have had daily messages asking me to return them. Anyone else have anything similar?   I have messaged them but not heard anything yet

lesleyb   - yes, this has occasionally happened to me.   Don't worry if they're been posted.   They will eventually have been received at the depot and be removed from showing on your system.

Have you confirmed in the RFID Stock area that you no longer have those RFIDs?

Yes I marked them as returned when they asked me to return them but I get this message daily and have done for over a week. Never had it happen before (well not quite so many times )

    Hello,

You recently told us through your RFID Stock page that you were returning some RFIDs. If you've already sent them back, thanks for doing so. If you've not yet done so, when you have a moment please return them to us in a RFID return envelope.

You can send up to 8 RFIDs in each envelope. If you need extra envelopes, please click here to request some.

    Thank you

They are not on my system, they were removed when I returned them.

Has anyone here redeemed reward points for Love2Shop Reward Codes?

    The "product description" says,
<p>Love2shop reward codes can be redeemed for over 50+ E-codes, 50+ gift cards (including our Love2shop Gift Card with over 100 UK brands on one card), plus over 10,000 additional gifts. To redeem for the retailer of your choice, on receipt of your code go to <a href="https://www.love2shoprewards.co.uk">www.love2shoprewards.co.uk</a>&nbsp;and follow the instructions on the logon page to redeem.</p>

It seems that you can then use the code they supply to purchase
    Love2Shop cards or other cards.
Do they actually send a physical Love2Shop card in the post and is it for the full value?

I ask because it looks as though one can't find out what is actually on offer and the terms of the offer unless you start by redeeming the TNS points for an eCode.

  • I posted a test item this morning and tried to verify the posting on my mobile phone while standing at the postbox.

I got as far as verifying the collection time for the postbox, then my mobile phone screen went blank and I was unable to access the website further, so I entered the posting details manually when I got home.

I now wonder if I did the right thing by re-entering the details at home. Will it look like I've posted 2 items, instead of 1? I know I could email Kantar and explain, buy I thought I'd ask to see if anyone had encountered a similar problem.

    TIA.

Can't see that you've entered the data for the same item twice.
Surely IF you had successfully completed the entry on your mobile, when you tried later and went into Sender Data Entry the specific item in question would not have been there
