They did apologise and I received them within a week though.
I think it’s a bit hit and miss as to whether you receive them automatically. I have seen posts from panelist’s who have had to ask for them.“Hardware: The parts of a computer system that can be thrown out of the nearest window!”2 -

Kantar phoned me today and said they were phoning to welcome me back on the panel, and ask any questions I had.
I thought it was nice of them, they said I enrolled in 2008. I knew that I had been on the panel for a while, but didn't realise it was so long.4
