I'd just post them all at the same time on the same day, they don't pay enough for all that messing around!

I have two cubes in a mail bag to send next Monday but I won't be going into town until Wednesday so they'll get sent then.

Arrrgggghhh! New bugbear, people who let the tape on parcels cover the posting label Kantar have put on so you can't read the long code you need to enter!!!  A medium parcel just arrived, all the flaps folded in on both ends like bad origami then tape wrapped around the whole thing.

I think  everybody HATES  having to deal with cubes and parcels!
YOu can almost sense their grumpiness in the way they're usually so carelessly prepared and packaged up !

They don't send the stamps during training.  Think this is to prevent people signing up just to get the "free" stamps but not then participating in actually doing the tasks.

How long should the training take, I can't find anything to specify this or does it depend on the panellist?  It already been 5 weeks and next week's pack is still training post.

Don't think there is a set no. of weeks & don't be surprised if at the end of training they stand you down for a while if they don't have a space for you. The longer you do this panel the more you question their ability to run a business!

I don't have to worry about when I will receive the stamps as just received an email to tell me they have removed me from the panel as I am not using the app and they want the GPS recorded via the app.  This is annoying as on the 2nd week of the training I got an email saying they wanted me to use the app and I rang them up and explained I was payg, no data and no wifi near the post boxes and was told that was fine just to use the website, which I have been doing since.  Why not tell me at that point to stop doing, instead they have continued to have me do this for a further 5-6 weeks and then remove me?  Also telling me to return RFIDs in the envelopes they never even provided me with in the first place. 

I have sent them a message to ask about the correctly delivered/unaddressed surveys, but suspect after all these years they will remove me from those too. 

A bit sad after all the years I have been on the panel, but also a relief not having to do the posting, especially the cubes I keep hearing about, ironic I only went back on the panel due to threat of being removed if I didn't.  Just received 2 more post today to enter!

I also was in time to accept this.  I have my mobile phone handy and it sends a notification.

In the coming weeks I am about to restart the posting panel, also completing Unaddressed Mail surveys and eventually CDs.

Sorry, I’m sure this has already been answered, but I can’t seem to use searching a thread to find anything.
First week back on the panel this week, and I’m getting an error message when I try to download the survey guides.

I have 2 cubes to post in a parcel bag. The instructions have said how to prepare the bag, but not what to do when I get to the post office. Do I need to hand over the manifest, get any sort of receipt or anything? I’m unlikely to get an answer from Kantar before posting day.

The instruction sheet tells me to tick 'Packet' on the tag, but there isn't 'Packet' on there (only Letter, Large Letter, Parcel) - so I guess I should I tick 'Parcel'? Also on the tag there is a space to enter the total number of bags....do I fill this in, or leave it for the post office to do it? Reading the instruction sheet, it sounds like I leave it blank.

Also, the collection date on the Sales Order Summary is a month earlier than the date that I'll hand the bag in - what shall I say if the counter staff query this?

I have the app on my phone for notifications to come through, but they only seem to come through when I log onto my phone.

@kerri_gt   When I'm sat down, my phone is usually at the side of me.  The screen lights up and I do a quick check and spot anything which might be interesting.  

What type of phone do you have?
