Thank you for replying. Interesting that yours is the same interval as mine. If the success interval is predetermined why not just send invites when it's your 'turn' : )Fashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent

I also received 6 items today, most were not franked. The one that was franked showed a date of 3rd June. The post sure is slow at the moment. No way are they hitting their targets right now!
Prior to today, I had only received 1 letter. I then got a message the next day from TNS asking whether I was sure I put the correct date for delivery3 -

Maybe the postman recognises the not very subtle packaging and deems it a non essential delivery!Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j1 -
I've had query because I reported item received on the day it had been reported as posted. And I was able to confirm the date I entered was correct.

The test items I have received have not been marked so no idea how long they have taken but a friend's birthday card sent last Monday 1st class has not been received but they said their post is awful even pre pandemic. I had a BOS letter dated 4th and received 8th and my Amazon stuff is arriving quickly so some post is going OK.edit: card arrived today so 8 days first class !1

I had a phone call yesterday from TNS to check my resonses to the questionnaire about resuming participation. I confirmed that as I was shielding I wouldn't be able to resume until after 30 June or whenever the Government decided (I'm in England) and they will call me back in July to see how things are. I did say that it was my intention to resume as soon as I was able.

I have been asked back on the panel and received my test pack for posting this week. However, I'm not able to mark the items as Prepared as the website prompts me to update the SMART which was already assigned to the items by TNS. The only option is for me to remove the SMARTs but as these are test SMARTs, I don't think I will be able to add them back to the items.
I think I declined a call from TNS earlier today while I was on a work call, and tried calling back on their 0800 number but this appears to have been shut down temporarily. There has been no response to my messages via the portal either.
Any suggestions please? Thank you!1 -
I had a query today asking why I had entered an I received an item on the day it was due to be posted asking me if I was sure. How could I possibly mark it as received if I had not received it?
Today (9/6) I received a first class mailmarked item dated 5/6, I suppose they will also query that.GONE ENGLAND1 -

Had two test items to post yesterday, the posting pack with them in finally arrived today! TNS don't seem to have taken into account that the postal system they're monitoring isn't working well at the moment.
