My dashboard has gone from 8 items to post to 1 now as they've all been deleted so it looks like they're wiping the slate clean.

I’m finding the same but my first two new items have appeared in my sender list, the first due for posting on 3 June (they aren’t test items either, as I was expecting)

My first item is for 1st June and says

Handed over the counter at a Post Office

DVD box so will go into a post box but could cause confusion to some panel members.

3 of my current stock of RFIDs have been marked for return, but of course the home page states do not return RFIDs..... as ever confusion reigns:)

They've asked me to return 7, which leaves 4 in stock and 1 inside an item I'd prepared and they've now taken off my to send section.

I have 7 to return also. That leaves me with 1 plus 3 in unsent items. I've no doubt it will all balance out in the end.

I have about 7 envelopes all sealed up containIng  RIFS which were waiting to be posted on their relevant dates when lockdown started and everything was halted.  Not sure what I should be doing with them and whether these recipients will be reinstated for a posting programme on new sheets when study restarts.
Anybody else in the same situation?

Yep, same here although I only have one prepared, with a further three waiting to be made up as I hadn’t got round to doing that by the time we were stopped. It looks like they will slowly be taken off our list and we’ll have some spare envelopes to use (although if they are already prepared, that might be slightly difficult!)
