I wonder if the clock on my rest period gets restarted. I was stood down a couple of weeks before lockdown.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I wouldn't expect any improvement in the inexplicable methods of TNS. What will be, will be.2 -
I,ve got about 7 envelopes all packed up ready to mail with RIFS in them from when the lockdown started so don,t know whether these will still be ready to go when we start up again in June or whether Ill have to un-envelope everything and use the RIFS in another set of new mailings.1

AS they know what we have already prepared I would have thought they would reallocate the non-cube/parcel items to send after the restart. I can't see them scrapping them as they have already allocated the RFID's to specific postings. To let them go through seems the simplest way. However as we know all too well the sensible option isn't always the first choice!1

OK my guess is:
All RFIDs we have will be moved to the "Available to Use" list rather than "Inside Unsent Items".
New posting schedules will be sent out.
I think that is easier because not all recipients from March and April lists will have said they are available for the resumption of the survey.
