Hiya, can anyone please help me I need the contact num for customers service as I can't sign in to my account I've tried changing password. Need to speak to someone. I would be very grateful.

I had the same problem and they changed my password to 123456 once I signed in with that was able to change password and can sign in no problem now.

Rather like molerat, I received a pack today saying I will be going live soon.


However I cannot see how I can record this in receiver data entry as I have no letters with the R number on.


Can anyone help please? Thank you

You don't need to babs - you only record the items sent to you by other panellists - which will contain a sheet with a R-number and details of the postage and probably a SMART.

The posting packs (grey or black bags) with the envelopes and labels for you to assemble and send out don't need to be recorded either.
